5.Environmental Suitability Requirements
5.1.Environmental Stress Screening
Environmental Stress Screening tests shall be performed in accordance with
MIL-STD-810G.
5.2. Temperature
a) Operating Temperature: -40℃ ~ +70℃;
b) Storage Temperature: -55℃~+85℃;
c) Relative Humidity: 20% ~ 98%(35℃);
5.3. Vibration
The module shall operate normally under sea state conditions up to and
including Level 4, meet Level 3 road transport requirements during vehicle transportation.
5.4. Shock
The power supply shall be equipped with labels indicating product model,
input/output characteristics, serial number, manufacturer, and other relevant
information. The power module must undergo conformal coating, screening, and temperature testing before leaving the factory. The unit under test shall show no rust, mildew, cracking, scratches, or mechanical damage during testing.
If the unit under test fails during testing integrated with the main equipment
or system, Party B shall cooperate with Party A in fault diagnosis and isolation. If the fault is determined to originate from Party B's product, Party B shall be
responsible for implementing corrective actions.
- Product Warranty Period
6.1. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 1 year (starting from the date of product delivery to
the end user). During the warranty period, the manufacturer shall ensure safe operation, provide on-site technical support, and promptly resolve any
malfunctions.
6.2. Acceptance Requirements
Products delivered shall be factory inspected and qualified.
